Logan Park 8/26/09
A man I've never seen before knocked on my door tonight. I refused to open door, asked what he wanted. He said he wanted to talk. I said I wouldn't open the door; it's 11:30 at night. He said he was neighbor from across street and needed to borrow $8 to buy formula for his baby. He is not a neighbor and I know of no babies on the block. The guy was white, about 5'8", skinny, mustache, straight thin brown hair. Wearing t-shirt, jeans (I think) and white shoes.
