- I have lived in NE Minneapolis for a year now and absolutely love it here! I just recently opened a Community Acupuncture Clinic with Deborah Owen L.Ac. and Robert Lowry. We are located directly above the Frank Stone Art Gallery, at 1224 2nd St NE Suite # 200, and we also showcase different artists in our clinic every month. We are a Community Acupuncture clinic in the heart of the NE Mpls. Arts District. Our mission is to provide quality health care for all at affordable prices. We are also ardent supporters of the arts and local community in NE Mpls. We believe in healthy communities as well as healthy individuals.
