Highlights from 3300 Polk/Tyler. I learned that virtually all the men in our neighborhood work from home. We're going to start getting beers together during the middle of the day. Also, one of our neighbors was once on America's Funniest People, a short-lived spin-off of America's Funniest Home Videos that was hosted by Dave Coulier. His talent: balancing a sailboat on his chin. He demonstrated with a folding chair at our block party tonight. Good times!

It is cool to look at all the pictures from events like this. Some of the photos make you want to take out Temporary Insurance before you host a party at your house. Some of the events are harder to find than Superbowl Tickets, but the links are helpful. Thanks for the post.
